Alfred started with a social listing exercise to find out what is the current perspective of healthy eating. With retargeting, Alfred were to also scope the target audience that would most likely purchase the products and direct them to the website.

Solution

Alfred's solution to those obstacles was first to look into capturing people's attention on social media by communicating in a way that the public will understand, while building up an audience base. The website design was also simple and intuitive - enhancing customers' browsing experiences online. Using the results from data, the team refined the target audence and incorporated media buying to reach audiences that showed intent to purchase. This strategy resulted in more traffic to the website and ultimately, more online purchases.
