PowerWashers looked into increasing awareness of its brand in a competitive market, and further identify who their target leads were. The challenge was for us to define a target audience that would tackle both obstacles.

Solution

Alfred's approach was to execute an ad targeting strategy, reaching out to the new consumers who have not heard of the brand. We were also able to refine the demographics of our target audiences, which resulted in more engagement and quality inquiries on the service, converting them into actual customers.
