Happy Cream desired to drive their in-store customers to their eCommerce webpage. The challenge for Alfred was to increase awareness on the website and ultimately persuading their existing and new customers to go to the website for pint purchases.

Solution

One of the things Alfred found to be effective was to execute an ad targeting strategy complemented with media buying optimisation. We started with refining their target audience and incorporated a digital strategy that resulted in more reach on their social media. Once the customer base was solid, we then refined the audiences further by retargeting audience who showed more interest in the brand and hence, resulted in more hits on the site and eventually more online sales.
